You will learn and practice tapping points for all the organ systems!
You will learn various 5 Element Practices for the organ systems!
You will learn the emotions associated with all the organ systems!
As you practice, using movement, breath, sound and the mind/ visualization,
the CHANNELS throughout the entire body begin to open.
Open channels allow the healing and intelligent QI in the
body to flow easily, and this brings about greater health, healing, happiness
and well-being into the body. This balances the body.
If you have young children, please have paper and crayons ready
for them to use. They will be invited to draw a picture
around one of the healing emotions:

SHARON'S BACKGROUND WITH CHILDREN, PARENTS & ELDERS:
Children have been Sharon's life-long focus,
working as an elementary teacher, pre-school teacher,
director of children's educational services
at numerous metaphysical churches and the
facilitator of the "Mommy and Me" adult educational classes
for parents and pre-school children.
In the area of parenting, she is the parent of 3 adult children
and the grandparent to one. She has offered numerous parenting workshops and
book studies over the last 30 years. The material in her books and articles
she's written on the importance of listening
to children come from her experience both as a teacher and mother. She has
discovered that simple LISTENING to children, does create miracles and
so enjoys sharing that message!
In addition, elders have been a secondary focus
for her work. She's worked with both dementia and
early Alzheimer's individuals. She knows
the importance of physical movement,
cognitive learning as well as
emotional connections with others to
support physical and mental health in one's later years.
She is delighted to bring her experience and
love of children & elders into these
Family Qi Gong classes.

(Introduction to Qi Gong for Adults)
This WEEKLY CLASS is for those wanting to learn more about
the art and practice of Qi Gong.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS EVENING CLASS:
* Learn why healing is possible with Qigong
* Understand why Qigong can be a practice for emotional balance
* Participate... sitting, standing or lying down in a 5 Element Practice for
one or more of the Organ systems
* Practice tapping points for pain relief & well-ness
* Chant the Taoist healing sound for the organ system/s
* Enjoy a healing meditation for your body & emotional system
